Harry Kane was called a "disaster" in Bayern's loss to Bayer Leverkusen

Harry Kane's performance in this match was not particularly good, one might say it was poor. The English striker only touched the ball 18 times throughout the 90 minutes at the Bay Arena, failing to create any notable opportunities despite Bayern Munich's ball possession rate reaching 62%.

After the match, BILD labeled Harry Kane's performance as a disaster, considering it his worst game since joining Bayern Munich at the beginning of the season. "Harry Kane did not contribute to the match. No goals, no assists."

"Only his effort was recognized when covering 10.8 km during the entire 90 minutes, with only Mazraoui covering more ground than the English striker. He may still win the Golden Boot. But he came to Bayern Munich to win the championship," BILD wrote.

Post-match, Kane mentioned that Bayern executed good pressing but lost possession frequently, allowing Leverkusen to dictate the game. The English forward also admitted that Bayern lacked strong duels and decisive quality passes.

When asked if Bayern is currently in a weaker position in the title race, Kane responded, "That is not for us to decide but for others to decide. We need to focus, improve, and turn the situation around quickly."
